Our executive director, Mary Beth , can be found stomping in creeks from St. Lucia to Belize to Red Bank! If you get near, she will hand you a crayfish because.....EVERYONE needs to hold a crayfish or crawdad at least once in their lives! Caribbean Programs Director

Nadia Cazaubon is our Caribbean Based Programs Director. She loves nature especially the sea. She enjoys watching children get excited when they discover and experience nature at its best be it snorkelling or hiking. She believes it is when they share that joy that they make the connection and fall in love with nature too.

Program Coordinator

Brooke is a passionate environmental educator and former Park Naturalist. Her role as Program Coordinator, allows her to get out in the creek teaching and inspiring! Her spare time is spent on the lake and hanging out with family, friends, and dogs!

Randy is WaterWays longest active volunteer, focusing on mapping for WaterWays. He is always around to help when needed, despite running his own GIS company!

Americorps Vista

Lillian is a recent graduate of UT Chattanooga with a degree in Environmental Science. She looks forward to working with local schools to coordinate Stream Teams, monitoring acid mine drainage around Signal Mountain, and learning everything she can about how we can keep our waterways flowing and thriving!
